How we handle personal data submitted through this site and through the subscription form linked from Subscribe.
Who we are
The data controller is CEDA Maps a.s., IČO 26429632, registered office Jihlavská 1558/21, Michle (Praha 4), 140 00 Praha, Czech Republic.

What we collect
We collect personal data through a single subscription form hosted on Microsoft Forms. The form opens pre-selected for one of two purposes depending on which call-to-action you used:
- Subscribe to the feed (full data access request).
- Register your interest (newsletter / expression of interest only).
Fields collected: your name, e-mail, and, for data access requests, your organisation, role, and a description of intended use of the data.
Page views are counted with GoatCounter, a cookieless analytics tool. No cookies are set, no personal data is collected, and IP addresses are not retained.
The subscription form is hosted on forms.office.com; submitting it is also governed by Microsoft's privacy statement.
Why we collect it and on what basis
Subscribe to the feed
- Purpose: identify subscribers, provision API tokens, and provide operational communication (service alerts, format updates, planned downtime).
- Legal basis: processing necessary for steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in vetting access to a non-production service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Register your interest
- Purpose: keep you informed about pilot status, format changes, and the post-pilot decision.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who sees the data
- CEDA Maps a.s. as the data controller and pilot operator.
- Ředitelství silnic a dálnic s. p. (ŘSD) and NDIC as the project's commissioning authority, where needed for project reporting.
- TamTam Research s.r.o. as the technical partner, where needed for technical onboarding.
- Microsoft Corporation as a processor for the MS Forms service and the underlying Microsoft 365 tenant.
We do not sell or share personal data with any other third parties.
International transfers
Microsoft 365 may transfer data to data centres outside the EU/EEA. Microsoft provides standard contractual clauses and additional safeguards as part of its service. See Microsoft's privacy statement for the current details.
How long we keep it
- Subscribe to the feed: for the duration of the pilot and for 12 months afterwards, for support and audit purposes.
- Register your interest: until you withdraw consent, or for 12 months after the end of the pilot, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Have your data erased, where applicable.
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is consent-based.
- Receive your data in a portable format, where applicable.
- Lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů.

Automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling on personal data collected through this site.
